Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Keylock Games Ltd, you confirm your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All prices include up to 60 minutes of gameplay and are shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of taxes (where applicable).
Any additional services not included in your booking will be billed separately.
Prices may change at any time, but your booking will always be honoured at the rate confirmed at the time of purchase.

All bookings are processed in real time and are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive an email from us with your order number.
Payment is taken immediately at the time of booking.

Escape Rooms are live events. Refunds are only available if Keylock Games Ltd cancels your booking.
If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your booking.
Reschedule Policy:
- A non-refundable £20 fee applies to reschedule any booking.
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late requests may not be accommodated.
- Each booking can only be rescheduled once. Any further changes require a new booking.
- To reschedule, call 07852 333 665 or email admin@keylockgames.co.uk with your booking details.

We accept credit/debit cards via our secure online portal, as well as cash and contactless payments in store.
Payments are processed by Stripe & SumUp. We do not store any card details.

By booking, you consent to us using your personal details solely to process your booking and communicate with you.
Your data will never be shared with third parties other then the companies outlined in the privacy policy unless required by law.
Only persons aged 16+ may book a game. Younger players are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and unique order number.
This order number is required for entry to your game.

Players under 12 must be accompanied by someone aged 16+.
Participation is at your own risk. Please contact us in advance if you have health concerns.
Due to the building layout, not all games are wheelchair accessible – contact us before booking if you have specific access needs.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your game and allow 10 minutes afterwards for a debrief.
We may cancel your booking if you are more than 15 minutes late.

No food or drink (except bottled water) in the game rooms.
Wear comfortable clothing and footwear; no special equipment is needed.
Entry may be refused if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any intentional damage or misuse of items may result in charges.
The structure and design of the games remain at our discretion.
Photography, filming, or recording during the game is not allowed. A team photo opportunity is provided afterwards.
Lockers are available for personal belongings, but items are stored at your own risk.
CCTV is used in the games for monitoring and safety purposes. Footage is kept for no longer than 30 days.
Harassment of staff will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises without refund.
